- Team Building oleh En Mior Hamdan b Hj Ghazali, PK HEM, Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Ipoh.

by Marzlina Mahmood  The focus groups for this programme are two sets of 38 students each. The Form 4 Set A students (mentor) will assist the Form 1 Set A students (protégé). They will work in pairs.
The mentors will ask 10 various questions (on various themes) a week to their protégés and fill up their weekly cards. Then, the coaches will collect the cards each week to monitor students' progress. This will go on for 12 weeks. By the end of the programme each protégé will be asked 120 questions on 12 themes. Each participant will be presented with a certificate at the end of the programme.
